Bouthillette Parizeau in Labrador
Hewitt began construction of a branch in Wabush, Labrador. Bouthillette Parizeau has designed the mechanical and electrical systems.
The 6285 m2 building aims a LEED® certification. It will include office space, a warehouse, and also services and repair areas with an overhead crane.
The distance between the site and our team is obviously a challenge, as well as the short deadline for completion (14 months, from design to delivery).
Our experts were careful to choose products that are lighter and compact to reduce transport cost.
Our specs and drawings focused on water conservation, lighting optimization and energy recovery.
The branch should be operational in May 2012.
