The recommissioning: a winning idea!

Do you know the recommissioning? It’s the systematic review of mechanical and electrical systems of an existing building.

Are they used properly? Do they meet the needs?

The recommissioning leads to some minor adjustments, but result in significant savings.

For example, our intervention at the Louis-Philippe-Pigeon building, in Quebec, has reduced by 15% the energy costs. The client was able to maximise returns on his investment within a year and a half!

This great achievement has earned us the Energia Award of the Association québécoise pour la maîtrise de l'énergie (AQME).
